Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they apply every time you earn Rewards Points, redeem Rides or enjoy the benefits of the Rewards Club program.

Rewards Club is a loyalty program of BostonAsapCoach, Inc. and is open to Travel Arrangers, Executive Administrators, Travel Agents, and anyone else who books our Service, for other through our Client Website/Mobile Application ages 18 and over.

Visit www.bostonasapcoach.com to enroll. New Rewards Club Members will be required to create a login ID and password before enrolling in the Rewards Club.

Once enrolled, members will earn Reward Points for every BostonAsapCach Branded Service reservation booked through the bostonasapcoach Client websites, or the BostonAsapCoach Mobile Application. Reward Points accumulate and redeemed for Rides in all locations and vehicles worldwide.

BostonAsapCoach may make changes to the BostonAsapCoach Rewards Club Terms & Conditions, Reward Points value and accrual rates, or levels of Reward Points required for any or all rewards, at any time. These changes may include revising the procedures and rules for the value and accrual of Reward Points, reward redemption, or limiting the period for which Reward Points are valid.

Cancelled reservations are not eligible for Reward Points.

Reward Points expire 2-calendar years from the date they are issued. Reward Points that are not redeemed within the 24-month time frame will expire and no longer be eligible for redemption.

Rewards Club Memberships will become deactivated if there are no bookings on a member’s account for one calendar year, measured from the point of the last online booking recorded. If a membership becomes deactivated, all unredeemed Reward Points within said account will be removed and the membership account balance reduced to zero.

If the BostonAsapCoach Rewards Club program is discontinued, Members will have 90 days from the date of notification to redeem any Reward Points. The BostonAsapCoach Rewards Club may be discontinued at any time in the sole discretion of BostonAsapCoach, Inc.
