All chauffeurs to complete daily health monitor questionnaire prior to beginning their shift
Secure travel begins before each and every trip utilizing a driver self-certification protocol, including daily temperature checks. Chauffeurs will certify that they do not have COVID-19 virus, and are not experiencing any of the symptoms or otherwise feel ill in any way. At any time upon your request, chauffeurs can be COVID-19 virus rapid tested*. As recommended by the CDC, we require all our chauffeurs to wear face masks, and disposable gloves when operating their vehicle. We recommend that passengers bring their own masks and gloves. We have also notified all our employees to stay at home if they believe they may be sick. If we discover at any time that one of our chauffeurs was ill while dealing with customers, we will notify customer immediately, require the chauffeur to stay home until proven no longer contagious and we will also quarantine the vehicle for 72 hours along with a thorough cleaning, which is triple the amount of time recommended by the CDC.
Chauffeurs have been thoroughly trained on the new service standards as well as how to safely clean and disinfect their vehicles. Supplied Sani Disinfectant Multi-Purpose Wipes, with instructions for chauffeurs to wipe down all shared surfaces after each trip. Refresher training will continue on an ongoing basis.
